You are free to book a room in any hotel in Rome that you prefer. However, as the Westin Excelsior is our conference hotel, it offers the most convenient and best location for your stay.
Therefore, we have arranged a fixed group rate at the Westin Excelsior, which you can book through the provided link.
Please note that the booking link is available for stays from November 13th to November 15th. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Westin Excelsior directly.
You can choose what you want to attend, but technical meetings are upon invitation.
We do have only 2 ticket types. A full delegate and a partner fee.

Yes, until 6 September, 2024 you can book a full delegate ticket at the price of 830 euro incl. TVA. (instead of full price: 900 euro incl. TVA)

Yes, on the registration page you can leave your invoicing details and then an invoice will be sent to you.

Yes, you can. During the registration you get a question on which meetings you want to attend on 14 and 15 November. You can easily check the boxes of the meetings of your choice.
